can anyone sugget the book for conveyour design which covers design of conveyour whic is generally used. and where it is available.

It sure isn't sold as much as it ought to be. Yesterday I drew a belt conveyor section on the whiteboard & was promptly asked why I had drawn 2 conveyors when there was only one on the site plan & in the specification. I'd selected Vee returns & some really clever engineers, honestly really bright oil & gas lads, had to be reminded that the endless loop had to get back to the start, even empty. Our business is a Cinderella if ever there was one.

There might be a bit of rocket science in it after all.

Best start is to find a good reliable bulk material handling consultant.

Work with him to determine your requirements then he can design the conveyor for you.

Learning this from reading a book or trying to do it from a forum is asking for trouble.
