You put a manometer on the empty chamber & place the chamber in cold water. Place the chamber in hot water & record the manometer level. Now repeat with the object in place. Do some P V calculations & there it is. No charge. ■

Measuring an Unknown Gas Volume
I have a chamber that I am trying to use to measure the unknown volume of an object. I need the chamber to stay at a relativly low pressure 1~2psi above atm. I am looking for ideas from many angles.
1. object volume varies
2. can not get wet
3. high pressure will cause damage ■
