You would be best to measure it on an exiting system if at all possible.
Any charts are only guidelines and the results will vary depending on many condintions of the conveyor system.

Dear Experts,
we are designing belt conveyor system for feeding DRI to Electric Arc Furnace in a Steel Melt Shop. We would like to know the "Angle of Surcharge" for transporting DRI related other parameters.
1. Material: Direct Reduced Iron (DRI)
2. Particle Size: 10-25mm
3. Bulk Density: 1.8 T/m3
4. Feeding Rate: 160-200 Ton/Hour
