Why not just send an enquiry to one of the many screw conveyor manufacturing companies who make a living supplying machines and will have the experience to do the design?
If you want to "do-it-yourself" then get a copy of of the CEMA standard.

Screw conveyor may not be suitable for your requirement. You may try En-mass conveor - Redler or chain conveyers used in sugar plant for handling baggasse. ■

Conveyor Design
Hi All
Can any body assist me in designing a screw conveyor to convey Wheat straw at an angle of 20 deg. @ 25TPH (OD basis)
Bulk density of Wheat straw is 70 Kg/M3
Length of conveyor =11 m face length
