This was a real customer installation in this pic.
NOTE: feeding only half of width of six foot wide screen and length was 20' . Due to poor feed arrangement only using 3' wide or half the footage.
COMPLAINT at time of call: screener will NOT DO ENOUGH TPH wanted bigger screener.........8x20
We replaced this old screener with same width.....but had the client spread the feed better........and he got the TPH. He saved the expense of bigger screen, bigger structure and hoppers, wider takeaway belts.......
REMEMBER: Feed to screeners.....that is improper setup feed arrangements......are 90% of the problem when the complaint is LACK OF TPH.....so take the extra time to feed correctly and setup feed correctly...........pays back bigtime !!!
