Re: Designs Of Vibrating Or Rotating Screens
In the old days we would nail a screen cloth to a wooden frame, incline it against a wall, and throw soil at it with a shovel.
If you want something more upmarket wrap the cloth around a barrel frame connected to a central shaft. Throw soil in through a hatch at one end, and turn the barrel with a crank handle, or small electric motor, at the other.
The mind boggles. The opportunities are unlimited. ■
Vibrating Screen
That I have allready tried. I have already an idea but I hope someone has designs so I can convince me that it's possible what I'm intend to devellop. ■
Tell Us More.......
Good answer John, a static sieve, also used by big quarries actually to dump thru to SEPARATE out the GOONIES.....or big big chunks or R.O.M. material.
Welding some 1/4" diameter round rods to a square frame can do the same deal.
Attach a small vibro mechancial motor........ohhhh yeah ... nice.
Let us hear about your invention........and we promise to keep it a secret. ■
