Can I suggest you consider contacting one of the many OEM who can supply their units?

Regards,

Lyle

We are ourselves manufacturers of crushing and screening equipment. We are looking at some new designs and thus the need.

Thanks for your reply anyway!

Now that your position is explained... I imagine you need to identify the stress levels & surface pressure locations in your design. Most mid-range Finite Element Software packages will do this for you. ANSYS is my favourite although the full version of COSMOS is now very good at contact stress analysis within assemblies.

These packages are relatively user friendly but you could always try me or a bureau for an anlysis excercise. As things stand the market is wide open. Primary crushers deliverd inside 2 years is becoming miraculous. The second hand crusher market is as treacherous as any other.

I presume you have been refused licences for some latest Northern Hemisphere development products & decided to go it alone. Very best of luck.

John

To put the record straight, one of our divisons www.torsa.com and its ancialliaries have been in biz of manufacturing and installing crushing plants in India for last 4 decades. As rightly pointed out by you, Crusher design have evolved to a great extent in last couple of years and this is exactly why we are looking for a qualified and exprienced designer who could take our current designs to the next generation. Improved performace and increased production.

We are not even "looking" for a license , no question of being "refused" as you presumed!

We are aware of FEA tools but you can see that we need someone who has worked on crushers before.

Cheers

Manish
