Mobile Shiploader

Posted in: , on 27. Dec. 2007 - 06:14

I am starting the process of sourcing a mobile shiploader for our port facility at Sriracha, Thailand. The shiploader will be used for transporting gold/copper concentrate onto ships at a rate of 5000 to 10000 tonnes per day.

The shiploader will be fed from trucks dumping their load onto the shiploader.

The shiploader must be mobile as it will need to be moved about 3 km from the wharf whenever it is not in use. The shiploader will preferably be moved by using a truck or tractor to pull the shiploader.

If your company can supply a new or used shiploader please post a message on this forum specifically giving a contact name, phone number and company website.

Thank you, Phil

Your Requirement Of Ship Loader

Posted on 10. Mar. 2009 - 11:57

Hi Phil

We invite you to browse through our website www.frigate.in to see the entire range of ship loading products & services.

Btw, reg. mobility required for the ship loader, it need not be necessarily on rubber tires. Considering the desired loading capacity being 10,000 TPD and assuming that you run the system for 20 hours per day, the average throughput shall be 500 TPH.

For an equipment of this capacity, we can also deliver a system with steel wheels (running on rails) and for moving the equipment away from the jetty (when not in use), the rail system can be delivered so that the equipment can turn at 90 degree and move out.

However, should your requirement be specifically be a rubber tire mounted and pulled by a tractor/trailer, the same can be delivered

Please feel free to contact us directly. We shall be pleased to serve you

Thanking you in advance & with best regards from India
