Dosing System For Hot Cement Clinker
I have a cement customer that has asked for a weighing, dosing and proportioning system as follows:
Application: Hot cement clinker - 160 to 180 degrees C.
Granulometry = 1-1/2"
Dosing: 14 to 20tons/hour
Qty = 4
They also need the following:
Application: Gypsum - ambient temperature
granulometry = very small
dosing: 0.8 to 1.5 tons/hour
Qty = 4
These units need to provide a 4-20 mA & a device.net output signals for control purposes.
I would like to know who manufactures this kind of equipment as I have never deal with this type of systems. ■

Dear rodsallick,
We are a conveyor manufacturer with reduced dust emission as sealed. We have the possibility to sit those conveyors on load cells and calculate the throughput with a calculator.

Hi Rodsallik, if you contact me I can supply information on hot meal samplers for the cement industry. The samplers can be controlled to take aliquotes which could be programmed to supply the sample sizes requested.

Dosifier needed
We need 8 weigher/dosifiers as follows:
Four (4) dosifiers for hot clinker, temperatures range between 160 and 180 degrees C., granulometry is 1-1/2". Our client wants the equipment to dosify/deliver between 14 and 20 tons/hour.
We also need four other dosifers to for gypsum at ambient temperature, the dosification is to be between 0.8 to 1.5 tons/hour.
We need the equipment to be able to provide a 4-20 mA Device.net signal.
