NBE’s bulk container filling system features an NTEP certified integrated scale system, both drum and box filling capabilities and a densification system to produce a more accurately filled container. Containers are completely supported and weighed during the final fill stage by the base-weight scale system, resulting in more accurate container filling, improved line profitability, dust-free filling and improved facility maintenance and material loss.
System is able to fill containers with poly liners, drums or gaylord boxes, and features an adaptor for filling 4-drums positioned on a single pallet. The base automatically rotates 90 degrees to position the empty drum under the fill head, and automatically lower and fill the drums.
