Innovative, newly developed crawler mounted Impact Crusher from

SBM Mineral Processing

Remax 1311/12-E/D for high output recycling

Based on the world wide approved concept of the crawler mounted Impact crusher Type Remax 1311/11-E/D, a new type of this class has been developed for

- extensive size recycling material

- higher throughput

This new development has been modified after extensive discussions in such a way, as a multiplicity of advantages for our business partners could be realized.

The Highlights:

- Magnetic separator in material flow direction

The iron parts will be discharged in material flow direction without interfering the product stream, enabled through a high-performance magnetic separator.

Through the high field intensity, the magnetic separator can be arranged highly above the belt to ensure that reinforcement with small as well as with longer side dimension will be lifted easily on the one hand and that the material stream through a large pass line height will not be constricted on the other hand.

The distance can be varied flexibly through a hydraulical height adjustment.

- larger rotor diameter

This plant is provided with a rotor which is about 100 mm larger in diameter. A throughput increase of 20% can be achieved.

Putting into service at MIS

In April 2006 , our Danish representative Meldgaard Handel A/S handed over the first plant of this type to the customer – the enterprise MIS. MIS, a young company for outsourced crushing applications runs three SBM-plants in the meantime and processes about 1.2 mio t of building rubble per year.

MIS can reach with this new acquired Remax an average daily output of 1,300 t at 8 hours effective crushing. Processed is reinforced concrete,

product size is 0/32 mm.
