Are you saying there is no source of compressed air at the site?

What about electricity?

Vibration can be generated by an electrical surce with rotary vibratory drives.

Is there a dovetail bracket on the car?

See a dovetail bracket mount picture here: (this is pneumatic)

Or if you need a heavy duty solution, this Railside Shaker has an electric model as well:

We build dry-fog systems to provide a dust-suppression approach rather than a vacuum method.

We have installed numerous rail-car "manifold' systems that use uniform equipment of our design but that can be easily tailored and adjusted on site to meet the particular application and location conditions (both enclosed and un-enclosed situations).

The dry-fog method uses a significantly superior all stainless steel ultrasonic nozzle system that agglomerates the fugitive dust with water molecules of a similar size, adding weight and causing them to merely fall.

Rather than using a 'wet' system requiring large amounts of water (with runoff issues and so on), the dry-fog system uses a water and compressed-air mix, so it does need compressed air which we can provide also if needed.

We can also provide superior (up to multi-story tall) wind-fencing if the site would benefit from some pressure-equalizing enclosures (i.e. no severe drafts as is typical of hard fencing or enclosures).

Please feel free to contact me directly.

If your product you are just looking for a product to stir it slowly to aid in the flow process or if your product is hard, sticky, bulky you can visit www.railcarunloader.com it will do the job and keep air and vibration to a minimum.

Rail Car Uloading

We supply a rail unloader that would suit your needs.j

We have supplied multiple unloaders of this type for the cement industry.

It comprises of a steel fabricated pit, that requires lean fill concrete poored around it, and then utilizes inclined screw conveyors and boot lifts to seal the system.

Getting it to your silos depends on where the silos are and how tall they are. Please feel free to send me your contact information.

I would foresee a cycle time of 35 to 40 minutes per car. Smaller systems could be provided.
