There are 4 compressors (same type,spec.) in our plant and be used in dense phase system( without air surge tank). Originally we had designed an air quantity program to run these air compressors automatically (based on air volumetric flow when conveying PP pellets), but it can't be stopped automatically(that means operators need to turn off the comprossor when consumption lower than demand). Now we want to install new one to instead 1 of 4. My question is : the new compressor need to set loading/unloading pressure point but old device is fully loading when running. Do anybody have good idea or solution to connect them? Thanks for your kindly help.
