Recently, Three-Tecsearch?q=three tec has created a new alternative to the already existing batch feeding systems. The newly developed feeding system ZD x FB Table-Top gravimetric with vertically adjustable scale and digital weighing electronics FTA is prepared for high precision batch feeding applications
Previous gravimetric feeding systems consist of three separates parts which are connected by power and communication cables. For a change of location, the scale, control cabinet and the feeder have to be unplugged and moved separately. Furthermore the connecting cables make the cleaning more diffcult. These efforts are unnecessary with the innovative feeding system ZD x FB Table-Top gravimetric thanks to an All-in-One solution.
The ground plate of the feeder and the thread guidance as well as the standard ground masses allow to quickly change the feeder to a 5, 9 or 12 mm feeder. In order to not disturb the sensible scale and its controller with vibration, the batch feeding cycle can be triggered by a foot switch.
On demand, Three-Tec offers a GMP- and FDA-conform as well as an EX approved conception of the ZD x FB Table-Top gravimetric feeding system.

Non contact:Steel or aluminium, coated
Gaskets / Sealing:PTFE, silicone und Teflon (FDA-conform)
