The ore beneficiation often produces particle powder dust which has great harm to people and animals, and the foggy day recent seen in many cities is related to powder dust pollution, for this reason, it is necessary to deal with the powder dust pollution in the ore dressing plants.
1. Coarse crushing.
The dust content of the emptying point of apron feeder, jaw crusher and belt conveyor is 2g/m3. So an impingement dust collector is designed and chosen, and the efficiency of dust collection is higher than 97%, and emission concentration of the processed powder dust reach the national emission standard.
2. Middle ore pocket.
Install a sealing-type tracking dust removal system to convey the dusty gas produced by the belt conveyor to the dust catcher for cleaning. Install a dust catcher at the feeding mouth and the material receiving mouth.
3. Secondary crushing cabin, screening room and main dressing room.
The contact point of the dressing equipment is easy to produce powder dust. Take effective sealing measures, increase automatic control on the dressing equipment and reduce the operational personnel. Sprinkle water in the places which is easy to product powder dust. Plant green trees in the living areas and free areas to reduce the content of dust in the air.
4. Prevention and cure of the tailings point.
As for the alluvial flat of tailings, use disperse ore drawing method and vadose water or bank water in the tailings point to spray the alluvial flat to make sure the beach face is wet to prevent the tailing dust to pollute the environment. ■
