For automated storage we recommend underpile reclaim systems. These can be used in tandem with the standard front end loader to provide 8-48 hours of fully automated storage for holiday's or plant shut downs, or upset conditions.

Please look at the BNSF web page to learn more about coal handling as your question is very general in nature and you have given us no preliminary information other than your basic inquiry.

your location in the Phillipines creates many problems for coal handling in itself.

Kind attn.: Bobetdc,

The type of equipment and system for coal stacking / reclaiming, will depend upon the inflow of coal (time period and capacity), the capacity of the stockpile to be created, the reclaiming capacity and its duration, and in what vehicle it is to be loaded. Some of the means are:

1) Storage by simple method such as hopper, feeder, conveyor with tripper. This will be cheapest but will be convenient (or suitable) for small capacity.

2) Reclaiming by simple method such as hoppers, feeders and conveyors. The feeding is by pay loader / bull dozer. This will be cheapest but will be convenient (or suitable) for small capacity.

3) Linear travel stacker, linear travel reclaimer, associated conveyors, equipment at receiving point, equipment at despatch point can deal with large capacity of any magnitude of practical requirement.
