How is the sidewall & cleats attached with the base belt?

There is special mould for the joint the sidewalls to base belt, please refer to attachments.

Is it cold vulcanized or hot vulcanized? What is the pull-out strength in N/mm? ■

Hot vulcanizing, the pull out strength is about 100% strength of the rubber self. ■
