dear sirs,

i am working on bed material handling system for CFBC boiler..the requirement of bed material is approximately 300 tph. the bunker is 1000 m away from the hopper from where the material is to be conveyed..

Our client is asking to install conveyor & bucket elevator for this application.

Instead of Bucket Elevators. can the belt conveying alone will be ok fo this application??

please give us ur openion in this..

Well, it all depends doesn't it ......

What height is the feed point you have to get your bed material to?? Too high and the angle of the belt conveyor will be too great for a smooth belt.

With a high angle you could consider a sidewall and cleat style belt.

Do you have a clear straight run for your conveyor??

If not, can you curve your belt conveyor around any obstructions??

If you have obstructions maybe you could use a pipe conveyor or Sicon style machine??

Or maybe the cost effective solution is simple belt conveyors with a belt & bucket elevator to cover the lift.

You can go with Conveyors.

Bucket elevators are not equipped with material handling.

I'll assume that English is not your first language and so what you have written is not what you intended to say.
