Smelters, our group/associate company) in India to produce about 50,000 tons/annum of High Carbon Ferromanganese (H.C. FeMn) and 7,500 tons/annum of Medium Carbon Ferromanganese (M.C. FeMn). We are already speaking to a company called Transweigh (India) on bulk handling equipment. Totally, approximately 300-350,000 tons/annum of raw materials will be handled which will include unloading from trucks/railway wagons, a stacker conveyor to store, then using shuttle conveyors to transport ore to underground storage hoppers, skips/bucket elevators to feed overhead furnace bins, PLC for furnace controls, etc. You may publish this information on the relevant website if you like. This project will take about 12 months maximum to implement as presently, civil work and furnace erection work is going on.
