Eirich are launching the Type R12W Intensive Mixer with a completely new design at this year’s Achema trade fair. Depending on the version, this new mixer comes with a usable volume of either 250 litres or 400 litres.
Overall, the new design range features numerous improvements in terms of design and construction which are squarely aimed at further optimising the mixing process, material supply and maintenance and servicing – an important outcome of intensive dialogue conducted with users. The arrangement of all of the machine aggregates under a movable protective hood is particularly striking. The distinctive new design is shaped by the inclined mixing pan and the protective hood on the side. Of course, underneath this new design you will find all the familiar virtues of the Eirich Intensive Mixer, plus a few new improvements.
Unlike all other mixing systems, the mixing technology used by Eirich allows users to optimally adapt the tool speed to each different product. The Eirich mixer can operate at tool speeds of between 2 m/s and 40 m/s. This offers wide control over the power input into the mixer.
