HAZEMAG with the new hard rock impactor at INTERMAT in Paris

HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH is represented again this year at INTERMAT. The marketing activities of the process equipment specialist in France and the French-speaking countries of North Africa are in the capable hands of the French subsidiary HAZEMAG FRANCE, located in St. Avold.

At the forthcoming Paris show, the new hard rock impactor AP-KMH 41 will be presented to the informed members of the industry. The machine has a capacity of up to 110 t/h, and is intended for use as a secondary impactor in the processing of particularly abrasive materials, such as gravel, granite, basalt, gneiss, glass, firebrick, limestone and dolomite.

Decades of experience in the field of crushing technology are reflected in the performance of the AP-KMH 41. The uncomplicated hydraulic adjustment system for the impact aprons and grinding path provides the easiest possible control of the machine at the touch of a button.

During operation, the hydraulic system maintains the impact aprons in their set position to guarantee maximum product exploitation with a consistent granulometry. The grinding path ensures a highly cubical material and limits the amount of oversize. If the customer so desires, grinding path and hydraulically-controlled impact aprons can also be retro-fitted.

Moreover, the HAZEMAG AP-KMH 41 impactor also sets new standards with regard to ease of maintenance. Thanks to the large service doors at the front of the impactor and the hydraulically-actuated hinged housing rear section, there is excellent access to the internal wear parts. Using the side roller table provided, the blow bars can be withdrawn horizontally from the machine for quick, safe and easy changing.
