ProGrade’s Three Levels of Magnetic Strength:
ProGrade Ceramic power provides basic protection from medium to large size tramp metals such as bolts, nuts and hand tools, which might damage downstream equipment. This line features quality construction and excellent magnetic strength at rock bottom prices.
ProGrade Rare Earth power helps prevent product contamination and tramp metal damage. Rare Earth powered separators are designed to remove small ferrous contaminants such as pins, rust and scale. Assemblies feature stainless steel construction, high-power rare earth magnets and demanding attention to welds and finish.
ProGrade Xtreme™ Rare Earth power is the ultimate in process purity. These assemblies combine the finest materials and construction techniques with the industry's most powerful magnetic circuits to remove weakly magnetic fine ferrous contamination.

Eriez® High Speed Feeders Provide Superbly Fast, Efficient Feeding of a Wide Range of Materials
Erie, Pa. — Eriez® introduces a new series of AC operated High Speed Feeders that are designed specifically for exceptionally high speed feeding of light, bulky materials. These rugged and powerful feeders are ideal for scales and other applications that require higher throughput and advanced control.
In addition to advanced high speed feed rates, Eriez’ High Speed Feeders feature a quick-stopping characteristic to assure accurate handling of materials for economy and efficiency in mixing, weighing, batching packaging and bagging operations.
Eriez’ High Speed Feeders are available in eight models. Each model has unique feed rate capabilities ranging from 40 cubic feet to 600 cubic feet per hour. Feed rate is easily adjusted by Eriez’ variable transformer or solid-state type controllers to enable trouble-free handling of bulk materials from a few ounces to several tons per hour.
All Eriez High Speed Feeders units are light and functional and can be installed easily in a minimum amount of space and integrate well with other equipment.

Erie, Pa. — The XR-21 Series Cabinet Inspection System from Eriez® exhibits exceptional performance in identifying contaminants, scanning for missing or broken products, and detecting packaging voids, making it an essential tool to help guarantee product and packaging integrity.
The E-Z Tec® XR-21 Systems are ideal for use with virtually any packaged items and continuous bulk product flows that travel by conveyor. The XR-21 System is capable of handling products up to 12 inches wide and can inspect at variable speeds.
The advanced design of the XR-21 System includes a 15” touch full color screen display that accesses the industry-standard Windows XP interface and displays real-time images and diagnostic data.
