If the seller is Factory , it's right ! This 30% must be 30% of total bill !
It's mean as Prepayment ! All reals sellers ( Factories ) will ask !
If the seller is one agent or broker , leave !!!! Ask him to visit Factory and to sign only with producer . He will disappear !! :-) ■

Hi ALL.
I have a question and do hope you guys and gals are able to help me.
Cement seller is asking for a 30% deposit from buyer is that right?
Buyer is asking seller to put a 10% bond without having to deposit.
So in this case what is the actual thing to do between the 2 party.
