option two is to simply purchase a belt feeder reclaimer with an extendable conveyor and a 80-100 ton excavator to feed it with the stock piled product.

Google (joy mining machinery) and click on feeder breakers to see installations of belt feeders and look for pictures of a belt feeder at a power plant in Siciliy feeding coal from a stock pile to its boilers. you will see how simple and basic it is and how it s done with little effort.
