Soda Ash Conveying

Hi,

My name is Taufiq and I am Design & Development Manager, ICI Soda Ash Khewra, Distt. Jhelum, Pakistan. We are interested to install pneumatic conveying system to convey 12 tph Light Soda Ash (Na2CO3) at 200 C, having a density in the range of 550 - 650 Kg / m3 and horizontal distance from intake to destination point is almost 700 ft. Net height of destination point is approximately 45 ft. Please propose design & cost of pneumatic conveying system for this duty at our plant.

In addition to this information, probably you would be required more information. Any question from you to finalise this proposal is welcome.

Hi Muhammed,

We can supply a lean phase pressure conveying system to meet your requirements. We need the plant layout (eg how many nednds?) and any other info you can supply. For example particle size distribution, if available. Looking forward to hearing from you.
