Can you well explain your project: the capacity of product, and you wan an complet chain?

Dear Sir,

We are in Saigon port of Ho chi minh- Viet nam.

We are interesting the fully dryer processing for instant recombined milk powder. you can offer for two options:

1.we will use the fresh milk, skimmilk, palm-oil, sugar, vitamin,…weighing, mixing together and sterilization, homogenization, spraying, lecithin, cooling and the final product will be added sugar, lactose drying vitamin…

2.no using the fresh milk.

The capacity of the final product is about 500 kg/h or 1000kg/h. It means the volume of powder after fluid bed dryer. it mean the weight of dry mike powder

Could you tell us The products that we can produce on system such as instant milk powder, creamer, fat-filled milk, how many percent of fat on the final product can be producing with this system?

Should we invest the pasterization or sterilization system? Does it have any advantages?
