Hi,Im doing an investigation to improve Conveyor systems for the Valley Fill Heap Leaching. The idea is to take advantage from the valley slope for leach material pads and recovery at the bottom of the valley (gravity is free).
Usually in these kind of projects they use a long belt conveyor to download the material to the bottom of the valley and there with portable conveyors (grasshoppers) feed the Stacker.The big main belt moves and change (belt cutting) in every pad and the same for the portable conveyor(much Non-productive Time in movements and adjustments)

My idea is to design an equipment for these job.
