I guess I was referring to coal fired power stations, though coal mines and coal fire process industries in general may be of use (alumina refineries, clinker plants, etc, come to mind).

I am struggling to understand why you want to feed a 70 cu m bin at the end of a 1km conveyor. If the conveyor handles any reasonable tonnage the bin will be full in no time and the conveyor will be starting and stopping all the time. Especially if you take in-flight material into account
If the tonnage is low then the conveyor must be quite narrow and a different range of conserns will need to be considered. ■
Coal Transportation System
Wide --- narrow --- it makes no difference to the BearWhip conveyor belt scraper. Anywhere from a 12" wide to a 120" wide belts, we clean 'em all!

Installation of caol transportation system
Dear All,
I want to transfer pulverised coal from an existing 1000 cub.m silo to a new bunker of 70 cub.m. The distance is aobut 1KM. I want to visit installation.
Can any body provide information of such intallation.
