A weight of just 4.8 kg and a height of 43cm mean that Koch Technik’s MIKO is one of the lightest and smallest compact conveyors on the market. It is the ideal solution for supplying machines from adjoining containers with the smallest amounts of granulate or regrind.
The compact single conveyor with high performance collector fan has a capacity of 1.3 litres. The interior is made of special thick glass. Koch’s modular unit construction system allows the MIKO to be mounted on all grain and grist stations and feeding funnels by using an adapter flange. For this only a few hand grips are required - tools are not needed.
Regardless of whether new stock, regenerate or granular material is being conveyed, the emergent air is cleaned via an absolutely secure and environmentally friendly polyester cloth filter. The separation occurs up to 2 ym. The cartridge filter is cleaned pneumatically in only 0.5 seconds with a rotor so that it is ready for the next process. The sealed surfaces mean that no dust can emerge with MIKO – thus the machines remain free of dust.
For easier handling, the MIKO has a swivel and flap action with few hand grips and without tools. This means the materials can be changed particularly quickly. The appliance reaches a throughput of up to 15 kg/h with a maximum conveying distance of 25m and a conveying height of 5m. Storage containers of 1, 2 and 5 litres are available depending on the machine throughput. A 230 V/ 50 Hz connection is all that is required to operate the MIKO. A suction pipe with anti-static tube is also included in the delivery scope.
