Apr. 2006 - 13:48 the following is the parameter : material outcome of burning of coal gangue ,before buring , it will be crush to about 15-50 mricon , bulk density is 900-1000kg/m^3, anyone who have some expericences about the pneumatic conveying the different material? now give the parameter of pneumatic conveying horizontal length : about 500m and 14 bend, bend: spheral shape, diameter is 250 mm, diameter of the conveying pipeline is about 80mm and using step pipe 100mm in about 2/3 distance to pick-up , material of pipe is steel , system compose of fluidization of blow tank , top discharge , among 15m, 60m , 200m which distance to pick-up using by-pass air flow, now i think the air flow is 5-7m^3/min, i want to find how to settle the wear of pipeline, especially in spheral bend, who can give me some advice about conveying this material ? thank you ■ Transport Förderung Pneumatische Förderung Metallurgie Iron & Steel Solid Fuels & Energy Generation Production of Solid Fuels Coal
