One question that comes to mind is do you expect to convey and "fire bricks" at the same time?, This is what it sounds like to me anyway.
How many pallet loads of bricks are you firing?
Please describe your kiln and it size.
what is your fuel type and heat-steam, forced air, or underfloor burners???????
What do you mean by a "hydraulic transfer conveyor conveyor"?
If you want to load bricks continually and fire at the same time you would need a walking floor that is fire and heat proofed, nothing short of a floor level apron feeder that is 240 feet long with a width of 5 feet extending in length beyond both the entry and exit to allow setting loads and piucking them off the conveyor, I am unsure as to how I can help as I myself have moved a lot of cinder blocks broken pallets and all in my time too.
After all this you are still dealing with a stationary kiln and they really can not be improved upon as they still require labor.
