Regarding the BULK ASIA 2005

Dear Organizer

I'm Y.W.Lee from South Korea and an engineer of petrochemical plant which name is Samsung Total Petrochemical.

I'm writing to ask how to join the BULK ASIA 2005 which will be held this November in Mumbai.

Currently I'll just participate in that conference without any presentation.

Is there any request form to attend?

What kinds of visa do I need for India?

How about the accomodation, transfortation etc.

Is there anything else?

Please kindly let me know what I need to visit your conference.

Thank you for the interest shown,you can participate as a delegate at BULK ASIA 2005. To register online please visit http://www.technicomindia.com/blk2005.htm.You can avail a early bird discount on your delegate fee if you register and swift transfer Euro 495 before 15th Sep,after which the fee for any delegate registration is Euro 550.once we get your confirmation, we would email and fax the invitation letter to you and you can complete your Visa formalities using the letter.The accomadation facilities are provided at the venue of the conference.please fill in your room bookings online and we would get the room booked for you.for any other information on BULK ASIA 2005,you can visit www.technicomindia.com or mail your queries to info@technicomindia.com.
