Dear Sir,
With reference to your requirement of Rail Mounted Stacker Reclaimer for handling coke , we would be pleased to offer assistance for design engineering, inspection of manufacturing,erection & commissioning of the stacker reclaimer.
The luff requirement of +14.5 degrees with a boom length of 30 metres would result in the pile width extending upto the rail. This may kindly be rechecked from your end.

Reclaimer Rail Joints

Enquiry for New/Used reclaimer
Dear Sir,
We are looking for a Used / New Reclaimer to be installed for handling Coke in our Yard. The technical details are as follows:
1.Reclaimer - Rail mounted in the middle of the yards.
Material to be handled -Metallurgical coke , size - 80 mm, Bulk density - 0.6 T/m3
Capacity of the machine-Reclaiming - 350 TPH
Type-Slewing & luffing Boom type
Stock pile height-10.5 mtrs above GL
Travel Length-390 Mtrs
Bucket wheel reach-30 Mtrs
Boom Luffing Angle -+ 14.5 & - 8.5 Deg.
Boom Slewing Angle-+/- 105 Deg.
2.Crawler mounted Reclaimer, Capacity 350 TPH for Coke. This machine will work on either side the reclaiming conveyor BC-28, in the yard 21/ or 2/2. To better understand the requirement, a sketch in excel sheet is attached.
