My company has decided to put up a coal prep plant in the backyard to feed our steel plant.

We require 50TPH coal prep plant for this. I would like you to suggest me the correct Flat bed (wet) vibrating screen size for 50TPH capacity. Application is to deslime coal and D&R coal.

I would prefer to use a heavy media cyclone for this and would like toknow the size of cyclone. What is the top particle size that can be fed into the cyclone.

Also tell me what is the role of crusher in coal preparation.
