Possible Remedy: Reduce screen angle or run Counter-flow
PC: Improper distribution of feed material
PR: Modify the feed to spread material out to sides better
PC: Excessive FEED = Material too deep to allow fines removal
PR: Reduce FEED = Material has a chance to get out of thin bed
PC: Unit operating out of balance = erratic feed
PR: Restore balance = controlled feed
PC: Excessive throw for opening in media (wirecloth etc)
PR: Adjust speed/throw to deck opening = keep mtl lower on deck
Thick/THIN/Fast/Slow.........lots of variables to keep us on our toes in vibrating screen applications. Keep shakin' out there. Always debatable and never black and white.
