There is (among others) one aspect that you should be very aware of with pipe conveyors. Where a sufficient number of standards exist on the construction of conventional or troughed belt conveyors, no such standards exist for pipe conveyor belting. Therefore, contacting a belt manufacturer gives you only an opinion, no relation to any engineering standards. There appears a little search window, and you click on "search" and mark the file you want to attach. And if all is ready, you press the "Submit Reply" button at the bottom line.

I think you will not have any problems. If your file is too large, then you have to reduce its size by using the Photoshop program.

You have to attach the file right from the beginning, it does not work anymore once you have submitted the reply, i.e., you cannot attach the file at a later correction stage, for instance.

Please try it out and let me know where your specific problem might be.
