To you all...

I want help in designing a grain size grader that will separate grains into different portions. It should be graded into at least 2 grades i.e large and small. It should grade at most a 50kg bag of maize (corn), beans, groundnuts, or sunflower seeds. It is a smalll scale machine. I want to use the vibraqting screen mechanism or any better mechanism. Please assist.

Zimbabwe - all right..........now we are communicating abroad:

Well.........first of all if you want just 2 separations...... you could you a ONE DECK SCREENER. lets call it 3/16" clear for example.

It would give you: OVERS of plus 3/16" size

Unders of minus 3/16" size

A small screener........like lab type size model 2' x 4' should handle 50 kilo bags all day.

More information will get you a firmer, more detailed answer.
