NON Blinding Screen Machines ???

If you have tried all types of vibrating screening equipment and still encounter BLINDING on hard to screen materials.

Think about something completely different:

- A dual vibration mode of screenbox.....one where the box vibrates at one accelerating force........say 2 g's and the urethane screening media (SNAP type motion deck) runs at 50 g's.

- Very successful in its niche market, especially if all normal modes of vibrating equipment seem to end up as unsuccessful or failures to keep the holes opened up.

- Successfully, screening things like KISH (slag) very irregularly shaped and nasty to screen

- nickel concentrate.......kinda like a mud consistently and plugs even at 1" on a normal inclined screen but, screens at 3mm with this type of high g force device

- Limestone screenings dry......to make products like AGGLIME in the 2-3 mm opg range. And manufactured sand in these same ranges at TPH RANGES in the 200 TPH range. Very good tonnage for this fine opening in screenings.

JUST A TASTE FOR NOW...........

Experiencing Plugged Holes, Blinding???

Erstellt am 19. Dec. 2004 - 06:37

This is a bit of a push.........on an interesting machine.

IF YOU have tried all the regular modes of separation in the inclined circle throw type screeners........the horizontal flat screeners and still HAVE MATERIAL PLUGGING IN YOUR HOLES and are pulling your hair out.

CONSIDER THIS.............tHIS type of screener steps into play after we have PLAINLY FAILED on the other modes of vibrating boxes.

The slope is 12-15 deg vs the standard 20 degree angle called up by VSMA RULES.......but, the accelerating forces on the moving screen deck.........forces the material......to move out of the aperture opening.......and this solves many problems obviously.

A picture is included. When we offer these units to end users.......we MUST do due dilligence........basically fancy words aint gonna cut it............A DEMO to prove it on your actual operating conditions.......is the true way to prove or disprove the concept.

Questions gladly answered.....on successes and failures.
