Tungsten Powder Mixer/Dispenser

Hopefully I'm in the right spot to ask this question.

I was wondering if there was some type of machine where it would store different sizes of tungsten powder and then be able to tell the machine how much of each powder I want and then it would dispense each amount I specified and then mix them? Each batch would be about 5-20 kilos total. If it could also add small amounts of paraffin oil that would be even better.

I was also wondering if there was a machine that could dispense different sizes of tungsten diamond powder mixes into vials? Each vial would be 1-75 grams. It would also be nice if the machine could mix the tungsten powder with the diamonds.

Such system can be built.

From the automation point of view, it is not very difficult.

The main difficulty will be related to the defenition of what you consider a good mixture specially when you introduce the paraffin oil.
