If you have multiple units in close proximity of each other, a condition we call SYMPATHETIC VIBRATION can occurr. Another words the structure in and around the vibrating screen area picks up a RYTHMIC vibration and is totally ANNOYING and undesirable.
Solution 1: change motor sheave by 50 RPM slower or faster to reduce or eliminate the SYMPATHETIC vibration.
Solution 2: Check structural beams - may not be deep enough to have a proper safety factor in them. Install heavier beams and or cross bracing to stabilize the support below the screen.
Solution 3: check vibrating screen for extra built up weight, which would make it run INBALANCE which would make MR STRUCTURE react to that same imbalanced screening machine. Keep the body cleaned out of static EXTRA wgt to keep it in balance and running smoothly.
