I have available with me RFL dipped fabric with polyester in the warp and cotton in the weft. The strength in the warp direction is 160 kg/cm and in the weft direction it is only about 15 kg/cm.
I was wondering if this fabric could be used as a substitute for EP-125 fabric in a conveyor belt that is going to be spliced and made endless for use.If this fabric cannot be used what are the reasons and what is the actual use of this fabric. ■
