New British Standard – Properties of Bulk and Powdered Materials
The BSI has decided to undertake the drafting of a new standard for Properties of Bulk and Powdered Materials. The scope of the new proposed standard is:-
"This British Standard defines the physical and flow properties that are commonly used when designing mechanical handling and storage systems for bulk & powdered materials. The standard gives guidance on methods and procedures for the determination of these characteristics and their application."
