Conveyor Inclination

Dear all,

In our coal conveying project, one raising conveyor level is decreasing by 100mm in last gallery. herewith i have attached the drawing for your reference. The last gallery connecting to JNT-3 is lowered by 100mm approx

What is the reason of lowering it.?

Please clarify.

Only the designer would know for sure, though maybe a minimum clearance height was required under the gallery (s) and they "saved" some CAPEX through minimising (by 100 mm) the tower height.
