Cronus Packaging Systems AS supplies materials handling products and services under the PORTABULK® trademark and is a 100%-owned company within Goodtech ASA , a leading Norwegian technology and engineering group.
Over a period of some years, Goodtech ASA has developed into a provider of superior engineering and industrial technology across a broad range of applications and segments and has grown into a corporation comprising 19 separate companies.
In connection with this growth strategy and after a comprehensive process at corporate management level, it has been decided to undertake rebrand the group. This will provide benefits such as:
-enabling a stronger identity and positioning in the market
-creating a better platform for innovation, customer service and technological capability
-collecting all the group companies under one ‘flag’ and
-facilitating improved communication with business partners
Certain changes will be made as a result of this process, the main one being that all Goodtech ASA group companies will in the future carry the Goodtech name and logo.
These changes were implemented on May 12, 2009.
For Cronus Packaging Systems AS, this will entail changing our company name to Goodtech Packaging Systems AS.
We expect that the rebranding will provide long-term advantages and synergies for our customers and look forward to successfully developing our business under our new corporate flag!
