Calibration of traditional volumetric dosing units has in the past been complicated and time consuming for the operator.
Colortronic has made this a fast and simple process due to the ‘CSC’ (Colortronic Smart Calibration) software implemented into the C150 control unit.
The operator simply presses the calibration key, the disc rotates one revolution and the operator directly inputs the given weight.
No complex calculations or multiple dosing/running of the unit is needed as with many other units on the market.
This feature allows further improvements in volumetric dosing and combined with the low cost investment of the unit is the ideal solution for many injection, extrusion or blow moulding machines.
