BigBag Unloading Station

we used unloading station to discharged material. now i have a problem.

if the big bag volume is 2.4m^3, two unloading stations are used at the same time for discharging the two kind of material. because we need the two kinds material blending.

because the volume of bins is not enough. and we need the material of material is half emptying, then tie the big bag. the hoist it out of unloading station.

how can i do for the stutation?

first solution: need a special valve, this valve is automatic control, and if material is half emptying, then valve is closed, the operator tie the outlet of big bag.

who can give the information of valve . the valve core is made of rubber or close, so it can clamp the section of big bag. and the big bag can not be damaged.

DEAR TeUS

thank you for your reply, but i think i am not make myself clear.

i mean if during the unloading process, when we used 1ton/big bag to discharged material , if big bag is half emptying , then we need the big bag outlet section be tied by operator, then move it out of unloading station.

i think a valve is need for cut the material flow and can not damage the outlet connector of big bag, so operator can tie the connector section.

i know iris have the manual valve of this kind, but no automatic valve.

who can give me some ideas.

You seem to be looking for a pinch valve. Suppliers are not so plentiful but they would close the bag without damage. Try Warman International for a start.
