Stockyard Machines for Sale
Please find enclosed details on the Stacking (x2) & Reclaiming (x2) machines that we are looking at dismantle/sell towards the end of 2008.
The following details may be of assistance;
Bucketwheel Reclaimers
2 identical machines designed and built by IHI (Japan)
Commissioned in 1983
Have reclaimed approx 250MT each
Designed operating rate of 8000tph coal (850kg/m3)
6600V power supply required
Boom 59m long to suit 55m wide stockpile, 20m stockpile depth (17 m above TOR)
100T capacity on board bin
Suitable to feed 2 parallel yard conveyors impact height 3.6m above rail @ 6m centres
Operates on 2 pairs of 1500mm pitch 68kg rails. Rail pairs @ 15.8m centres.
Scheduled for decommissioning Q2/3 2010

Stackers
2 similar machines designed and built by IHI (Japan)
Commissioned in 1983
Have stacked approx 160MT each
Designed operating rate of 6600tph coal (currently operating at 7200tph)
6600V power supply required
Boom 54m long to build a stockpile 55m wide and 20m high
Configured with offcentre tripper feeding a central trailer (elevator) conveyor
Operates on 2 pairs of 1500mm pitch 68kg rails. Rail pairs @ 12.8m centres.
Scheduled for decommissioning Q2/3 2009.
