Required Ball Mill for Quartz / Feldspar Grinding 4 tph

Dear Sir ,

We have Quartz / feldspar we want this material to be first crushed to size 0-5mm , 5 to 10mm , +10 mm to 20 mm .

We need Material 0 to 5 mm 50 Tons per Hour Crushed Chips Max Feed Size of Material will be 500 mm .

Kindly suggest the various stages of Crushing Required to get this Material 0 to 5 mm Capacity 50 tons per hour .

The oversize material + 5 to 20 mm we would like to crush about 2000 tons per month to powder form 200 Mesh .

Kindly suggest us Ball Mill , Classifier , Feeding System , Dust Collection , Cyclone , Auto Packing 1000 Kgs .

We need offer for the above mentioned Crusher and Ball Mill .

Crusher output 0 to 5 mm Capacity 50 tons per hour

Ball Mill Feed Material 5 to 20 mm Output 200 Mesh Capacity 4 tons per hour .

We have had endful installation for the equipment you are looking for. As enlightened by tou yo are need of crusher with the branched crushing size. Perhabs this information would not give the complete coverage of your requirement . As exuded by you your req is of crusher, but this threads also throws a light on your req for calciner and ball mill. In view to get ourself partcicipate in the proposal i need your input specification with underlined requirement.
