Wood Chip Loading/Unloading
One of the issues regarding the subject is cleaning - scraping - the return side of the conveyor belt(s). May we suggest for your consideration that you view our web site www.bearwhip.com to see our unique patented belt cleaner to remove any adhered wood chips. We are also seeking distributors, worldwide, for those interested in representing our company.

Tender For Wood Chip Unloading And Stockyard Management Equipment
MGT Power is developing a wood chip / hog fuel unloading facility as part of a large power project. The quay will need to unload 5 million cubic meters per annum of wood chip, or approximately 30,000 m3 per 24 hour working day. This fuel will be delivered in panamax vessels, ie approx 1 vessel per week. The wood chip will be stored in an open air stockyard containing 150,000 tonnes of wood chip. The wood chip will be stacked at a rate of 30,000 m3 per day and reclaimed at 15,000m3 per day.
We are trying to identify companies which have experience with the design of such facilities or the supply of equipment for these type of facilities. ■
