We started manufacturing FIBC in 1997. We are manufacturing International Quality Standard big bag meeting to BSEN 1898:2001 norms.
Our FIBC plant is sprawling over an area of 5000 sq.mtrs. and located about 70 kms away from port called JNPT (Nhava sheva) & 100 kms away from Bombay port. The state of art manufacturing facilities uses circular woven technology and U-panel and can produce upto 1.2 Million FIBC per annum. The entire manufacturing process is completely integrated and all the components of FIBCs are made in house.
The in-house test centre is reasonably equipped for testing to ensure that end users receives a product consistency in quality. All components of FIBCs from stitching thread to lifting loops are tested for compliance of specifications. We are an ISO 9001/2000 certified company. Presently we are supplying our F.I.B.C. (Bulk Bags) and small Woven Sacks to many leading companies in the field of Chemicals, Minerals, Cement, Soda Ash and Black Carbon etc. in India. We are also exporting our FIBCs (BULK BAGS) successfully to U.S.A., Holland, U.K., Italy, Spain, Germany, Slovenia & Israel.
We can offer you FIBCs with four lifting loops with capacity up to 2000 kgs made out of coated / uncoated, circular / panel fabric, single / multiple trip, corner / cross corner lifting loops with various filling / discharge options like top and bottom spout, top spout and flat bottom, Duffle top and flat bottom with or without liners etc. and many more made out of general Polypropylene and Antistatic fabrics. we are also producing Anti – Static & Conductive big bags and supplying in hole Europe market
